In April this year, I wrote a post about how the MS Society had been supporting us since lockdown.
I am pleased to say we have now gathered a core of members from across the UK. From Crawley right up to the heart of Scotland.
In my previous post I talked about how these chats brought us together and broke our days up, particularly for people who lived on their own.
We also gained valuable information on how to get support, and getting shopping slots became a daily part of the conversation.

As we begin to get back into the new normal, the MS Society is now concentrating on specific chats, relating to going back to work, fatigue issues and employment advice, which I do still highly recommend joining.
Because quite a few of us had to give up work but we do enjoy chatting, so the decision was made to start up MS Let’s Chat and invite others to join us.

MS Let’s Chat is a group specifically to facilitate our chats, we decided from the start we didn’t want to turn it into another MS support group as we feel there are plenty out there already.
We chat for an hour because having taken part in chats for a while now we all agreed an hour was enough.
Please feel free to join us.
